You’ll receive the first candidate CV within 48 hours. If the interview goes well, a developer can be on your project within two weeks. We don’t hold a bench, we match based on your specific requirements, which is why the process moves fast when the brief is clear.
No developer joins your project without your approval. We shortlist based on your stack and requirements, you interview, you decide. If the first candidate isn’t right, we find another.
We replace them. If something isn’t working, technically or culturally, we address it quickly. Long-term engagements only work when the fit is right, and we’d rather fix it early than let it drag.
Yes. Our developers adapt to your workflow, your project management tools, your communication channels, your code review process. We don’t require you to change how you work to accommodate us.
