END-TO-END SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Engagement with defined budget, timeline, and outcome. We own delivery from the first workshop to the final handover: discovery, design, development, QA, deployment. Most clients come to us with a legacy system that's holding their roadmap back, or a new product line that needs a partner who's done this before. We've delivered over 150 projects across a decade.

FOR ENTERPRISE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Both situations need the same thing: a partner who understands the business before writing code, and one team that owns delivery from scope to launch. That’s whay every engagement with us starts with a discovery workshop.
We map the actual problem with your operations, product, and engineering leads in the room. In person where possible, in Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or wherever your team is. The output is a scoped engagement with defined budget, timeline, and success metrics.
From there, we own delivery across discovery, UX and UI design, development, QA, and handover.
Integration with legacy SAP or ERP systems, data migration, performance under real load, security review. These are part of the engagement, not separate quotes.
For Cargotec Kalmar, this meant a mobile commissioning app that improved their operational efficiency by 103%, built with offline mode for field connectivity, AI-assisted OCR for parts identification, and support for 17 languages.
For Arvid Nilsson, it meant migrating their Magento store with SAP and PIM integration, reducing indexing time from days to two minutes. Both are still our clients after 5+ years.
FAQ
Most of what your tech, security, and legal teams need to know is below. For anything specific, send us a note and we’ll respond within a working day.
40,000 EUR for project work. That’s typically a 3 to 4 month engagement with a small team — PM, two to three developers, QA, and design as needed. Larger projects scale from there based on scope and team composition.
Scope is locked at the end of discovery and the budget reflects what’s in scope. If priorities shift mid-build, we re-plan in the next sprint and agree on tradeoffs together. Adding net-new scope means a change order with separate budget. We use phase gates and budget checkpoints, so you see where the money goes before it’s spent.
Yes. We’re certified for ISO 27001 (information security management) and ISO 9001 (quality management). Both are renewed and audited regularly. We can share certificates, audit reports, and SoA documentation directly with your procurement or security team. We meet GDPR requirements in full and have experience working with clients in regulated industries.
You own everything from day one. The code lives in your repository, your IP terms govern the work, and there’s no licensing or buy-back at the end. We don’t reuse code from one client on another project. When the engagement ends, you keep all source code, documentation, and runbooks. Zero lock-in is built into our standard contracts.
Yes, and most clients take it. We offer flexible post-launch arrangements: full maintenance, on-call support, scheduled feature work, or just being available when something breaks. Many of our enterprise clients have stayed with us for years past the original launch for ongoing feature work and support.
Mostly in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with leadership and client-facing teams in Sweden. Same time zone as Stockholm and Berlin. We operate to full GDPR compliance: data is stored and processed per your requirements, typically on EU servers. We sign DPAs, NDAs, and any vendor security agreements your procurement requires. Bosnia is on the EU accession path.
Code review on every pull request, automated testing across the codebase, CI/CD pipelines, performance and security testing as part of QA. For sensitive projects, we run penetration testing and architecture reviews. Most of our engineers have 5+ years of experience and we don’t substitute juniors for senior roles.
Standard practice. Your code, documentation, runbooks, and architecture decisions are all yours. We provide structured handover with knowledge transfer sessions for your in-house team or another partner. Most of our clients stay long-term by choice, but we don’t lock anyone in with proprietary tooling or hidden dependencies.
