NEARSHORE DEVELOPMENT TEAMS
A dedicated team of 5 to 30+ engineers, cross-functional by default, working as your remote department. We hire them, train them in your business context, manage day-to-day, and scale the team as your roadmap grows. You keep strategy, priorities, and ownership.
FOR TECH LEADERS
Building a 20-person team takes well over a year and burns recruiter fees on every hire. Building it through us takes a few months and gives you a full unit, not a stack of CVs.
For one Nordic enterprise, we built 50+ engineers in six months. We don’t pull from a bench. We hire for the brief, with the seniority level the role needs. Senior engineers stay senior, not substituted for juniors mid-engagement.
The team works in your stack, follows your architecture decisions, and owns roadmap delivery. Our PM and team lead sit inside the unit so you don’t manage individuals, you manage the unit’s output. The team retains domain knowledge year over year.
IT COUNTRY PARTNER FOR B&H
We’ve partnered with ICA, one of Scandinavia’s largest brands, as IT Country Partner in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We’re hiring 100+ engineers, designers, and specialists for a long-term collaboration supporting ICA across retail, banking, and insurance operations.

FAQ
We’ve built this section for the questions that come up in vendor evaluation. If your team needs more detail on contracts, certifications, data handling, or governance, the answers below should cover most of it. For anything specific to your internal process, send us a note and we’ll respond within a working day.
A nearshore team is a full cross-functional unit operating as your remote department. We hire the engineers for your roadmap, run them day-to-day, and scale the unit as you grow. Staff augmentation is individuals slotting into your existing team where you manage day-to-day. Most clients start with staff augmentation and build into a nearshore team once the work justifies the scale.
A project has a defined scope, timeline, and budget — we own delivery from discovery to launch. A nearshore team is open-ended and ongoing. You set the priorities, and the team works on whatever your roadmap requires, sprint after sprint, year after year. Projects end. Nearshore teams scale and evolve with your business.
It depends on the size. A 5-engineer unit takes around 1 to 3 months. A 20-engineer unit takes 4 to 6 months. For ICA, we hired and onboarded over 50 engineers in six months. We hire for the brief, not from a bench, so the timeline reflects sourcing and onboarding the right people, not pulling whoever is available.
Bosnia and Herzegovina. Same time zone as Stockholm and Berlin. Bosnia is on the EU accession path and we operate to full GDPR compliance: data is stored and processed per your requirements, typically on EU servers. We sign DPAs, NDAs, and any vendor security agreements your procurement requires.
You own everything from day one. The code lives in your repository, your IP terms govern the work, and there’s no licensing or buy-back at the end. If the engagement ends, you keep the code, documentation, and runbooks. We provide structured handover so your in-house team or another partner can pick up cleanly. Zero lock-in is built into our standard contracts.
Yes. Scaling up takes 2 to 3 weeks per new role, same vetting and onboarding process. Scaling down works on notice period, no exit fees. For ICA, we’ve scaled the team across several phases as different parts of their roadmap came into focus. Most clients adjust team size at least once a year as priorities shift.
