Quality policy and objectives

 

The market conditions in which we operate, as well as the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard that we will follow, in the coming period, have imposed the need to define the quality policy and objectives of our organization.

Accordingly, I declare and make it mandatory for all employees to define them in the following way:


QUALITY POLICY AND OBJECTIVES


The quality objectives of "ZENDEV" d.o.o. Mostar are:

  • to ensure the quality of delivered products and provided services fully meets the needs and expectations of customers.
  • to ensure customers are confident in the quality, safety, and reliability of the products and services they purchase, ensure long-term, successful, and profitable business of "ZENDEV" d.o.o. Mostar,
  • to ensure the satisfaction of employees, management and owners.

 

In order to achieve these objectives, employees of "ZENDEV" d.o.o. Mostar will:

  • continuously identify external and internal issues relevant to the purpose and strategic direction of "ZENDEV" d.o.o. Mostar and
  • monitor and review information on their impact on the operations of "ZENDEV" d.o.o. Mostar,
  • identify relevant stakeholders and their requirements for the established quality management system,
  • apply the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, legal, technical, and other applicable regulations relating to the operations of "ZENDEV" d.o.o. Mostar,
  • continuously improve and enhance work processes and the quality of services provided,
  • constantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system,
  • make decisions based on facts,
  • improve the level of knowledge, professional training, and competence of employees,
  • maintain active communication with customers, supplier,s and other relevant stakeholders,
  • ensure that employee salaries depend on the quality of work performed.
