Product Manager / Product Owner
Sarajevo, Mostar, Remote
The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner with 2+ years of experience to join our team of IT strategic thinkers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
If you have a bigger-picture perspective and want to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, you might be an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
-Have a bigger-picture perspective and experience in helping clients get the most value with minimal resources.
-Take in qualitative and quantitative input from all stakeholders involved in a project, and use that to evaluate and prioritize the next steps for a product.
-Have the ability to estimate delivery time with the team and be held accountable for the estimate.
-Be able to work closely with a tech team and a UX/UI designer to visualize what you have in mind.
-Have an excellent understanding of various agile principles.
Qualifications
-2+ years of experience in a similar position (A prior technical, sales or marketing background is meriting)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience working in an agile environment
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
-Excellent skills in communicating in English
